Our Story
Home-Ready was created from over 10 years of experience in the health and social care sector, where we have seen first-hand how crucial home readiness is to a person’s wellbeing, independence, and dignity. We understand that home is more than just a place to live - it should feel safe, clean, comfortable, and manageable. Through our work, we have provided support for vulnerable adults facing various circumstances, including hospital discharge assistance, care transitions, hoarding concerns, reduced mobility, and situations where a home simply needs practical support to become safe again. Home-Ready was built from a genuine passion for helping older people and families during those moments when extra care, sensitivity, and hands-on help can make all the difference.
