Our Story
Home-Ready was created from over 10 years of experience in the health and social care sector, where we have seen first-hand how important a safe and suitable home environment is to a person’s wellbeing, independence and dignity. We understand that home is more than just a place to live - it should feel safe, clean, comfortable and manageable. Through our work, we have supported people facing many different circumstances, including hospital discharge, care transitions, hoarding concerns, reduced mobility, and situations where a home simply needs practical support to become safe again. Home-Ready was built from a genuine passion for helping vulnerable adults, older people and families during those moments when extra care, sensitivity and hands-on help can make all the difference.
